Buckeye Adventure Boot Camp is a four week women's only outdoor fitness program that offers fitness instruction, nutritional counseling and motivational training. It’s packed with fun and energizing activities designed to help you reach your fitness goals without the boredom of the same old routine. Whether you want to lose weight for a special occasion, shed the extra pounds from a pregnancy or just tone up and feel better, this is the program makes reaching your goals fun!
